Expired and Withdrawn Listings

Reach out to the owner and express interest in helping them sell their property. Explain possible reasons why they weren’t able to sell before, and how you can offer them a different experience.

Referral-Generating System

Don’t wait, cultivate! Ask for, remind, and reward referral behavior from past clients. Awareness and engagement with previous buyers or sellers will help you stay at the top of their list.

Geographic Farming
