Get ready to dish out more dough – rent prices have hit an all-time high….again.
The U.S. Census Bureau recently announced that during the third quarter, the nationwide median for rent reached $1,000 for the first-time ever.
Renters aren’t the only one to feel the heat; buyers have also seen an increasing in asking price – the median asking sales price for a home topped at $200,000….another first-timer.
At this point in time, it may be a little harder to find a home in your price range, whether or not you’re looking to buy or rent. But like anything else, prices fluctuate and change. Work with your real estate agent to find the price point that works best for your budget.
