Community Spotlight – Silverton, Oregon

Posted on | May 11, 2018

Silverton is a community in Oregon located in the Willamette Valley and is enveloped by some of the richest and diverse agriculture in the country. The city is known for its charming downtown shopping and dining district, the Oregon Garden, and is the gateway to Silver Falls State Park. Visitors also enjoy touring the beautiful murals throughout downtown.

The Silverton branch knows the importance of being a part of the community both personally and professionally. Rosi Green, Business Development Representative, says, “Our branch is very committed to providing continuing education with monthly ‘Lunch & Learn’ events for agents. We are also dedicated to supporting our community with our own fundraising events as well as participating in and contributing to others.”

The team works hard to make their charitable events fun with a large impact. ‘Spuds & Suds’ was a fall event to raise funds for the Silverton Area Community Aid food bank.

Coming up in June will be the Silverton Edition of AmeriTitle’s ‘The Big LeBocce,’ which is a bocce ball tournament designed to raise money for several area nonprofits. The event has raised over $56,000 for charities in Silverton, Salem and Bend over the years.

Above everything, the AmeriTitle Silverton team is deeply committed to providing a professional and caring closing experience for our buyers, sellers, agents and lenders. They love this industry and truly enjoy the privilege of being part of a very special time in peoples’ lives.

If you plan to buy or sell property in the area, please ask your real estate professional to choose AmeriTitle.
