Valley County / Meadows Valley, now referred to as ‘The West Central Mountains – Idaho’s Adventure Corridor’, includes McCall, Cascade, Donnelly, and New Meadows. This area has been named as one of the finalists for America’s Best Communities.
These communities are collaborating and vying hard to win this competition as it is an opportunity to infuse $3 million into the area. This region has put a lot of thought and effort into the creation of an economic development strategy to advance in the contest. Regardless of the competition results, this plan will no doubt be a benefit to the area.
Contributing to the health and vitality of our communities is very important to the local AmeriTitle employees. Our branches are a proud sponsor of the McCall Jazz Festival, which benefits Interfaith Sanctuary.
This past May, AmeriTitle’s Cascade and McCall branches pledged to donate a portion of revenue for every closing that month to benefit the MCPAWS Regional Animal Shelter. Together, with the support of our clients, this was a successful mission in contributing to the wellbeing of animals in Valley County.
Colleen Cole, Escrow Manager for our McCall Branch, shared an important local focus for her, “I enjoy being involved in keeping our rivers and environment clean and pristine for our future generations. It starts with each of us in the local community.”
