One of Tasha Walery’s most memorable days at AmeriTitle was finding out she was the highest producing Escrow Officer in the company for 2015. Tasha is passionate about what she does, and the result of this is a long list of loyal clients.
Tasha shared, “I am grateful for every client who chooses to work with me and AmeriTitle. We know people have a choice, so it’s an honor when somebody trusts our team to take care of them.”
The thing that gets her out of bed in the morning is knowing that she is making a difference in the lives of our clients. “We are part of the process that gets people into a new home. This is important to them and it is important to me. We do everything we can to make the process go as smooth as possible for everybody involved in the transaction.”
Successfully managing a full escrow desk requires a team approach. Tasha’s team includes Super Star Escrow Assistants, Melissa Juarez and Becky McKibben.
While some might shy away from change, Melissa Juarez shared that one of her favorite things about title and escrow is constant change. “There is definitely no risk of getting bored in this position. Things are always evolving and moving at lightning speed.”
Melissa shared that “living life to its fullest,” is what she is most passionate about. We see this in her as we watch her embrace every day.
Becky McKibben is the other leg of this team. We asked her what she loves most about her job, “Definitely the teamwork. It takes all parties, communicating and working together to get the job done right. I love helping people achieve their dream of homeownership.”
Becky’s title and escrow experience dates back to 1983 where she began her career with Transamerica Title. Her knowledge and experience are an outstanding addition to this team.
Coordinating a large volume of transactions takes a great deal of escrow experience, hard work, and a kind and caring attitude. Tasha and her team bring all of this to the table. AmeriTitle is so appreciative of this Super Star team.
