When you arrive in Bend you can’t help but notice an unusually large population of happy, healthy people. It’s no secret that an average of 300 days of sunshine, an endless list of outdoor recreation, award winning dining, and the legendary ‘Bend Ale Trail’ all contribute to the vitality of Bend residents.
Bend’s health is not only supported by its geographic attributes, but also by the local citizens. True community is people coming together to show how much they care about making their town a great place to call home.
Our crew at AmeriTitle has demonstrated their commitment to the Bend area through many volunteer hours and dedicated fundraising efforts.
Carolyn Payne, Operations Officer explained, “AmeriTitle has a taskforce, called ‘Community Pride’. This team leads the fundraising efforts for our area. There are so many opportunities to give, this group is tasked with spreading the wealth among the many worthwhile programs and non-profit organizations in Bend.” In addition to these efforts, AmeriTitle has created its own annual fundraising event, Balls of Fury. This is a bocce ball tournament that has spread to other areas of our state, and has collectively raised nearly $50,000 for charities in need.
AmeriTitle Bend had a busy and successful year of fundraising in 2015:
$ 1,500 Toys for Tots
