Ketchum, Idaho is known for its world famous skiing at Sun Valley and its Ernest Hemingway connection. Since 1983, the town has also hosted the annual Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference, where executives and major figures from the tech and business industries meet to discuss philanthropy and other cultural topics.
However, spots like the Austrian inspired Konditorei eatery at the Sun Valley Resort, local pub fare at Grumpy’s and year-round activities throughout this picturesque ski town create a unique mixture of culture, hospitality, adventure and genuineness that also carries over to the AmeriTitle Ketchum team.
“Being part of this community helps me bring joy to the first time buyers and make the transaction a lot easier on the buyer and seller,” says Escrow Assistant Alina Smith.
Much like the rest of Idaho, Ketchum and the surrounding communities within Blaine County are rapidly growing. With that exciting fact, the team isn’t only dedicated to providing the best service to newcomers, they are passionate about nurturing the relationships they have with the neighbors they’ve known for so long.
“I love working with and for the community to help grow and develop a better and healthier life for our children,” adds Alina.
The team enjoys participating in opportunities and events that give back. In February, they took part in an event that benefited Camp Rainbow Gold — the Share Your Heart Ball Gala. Camp Rainbow Gold is an organization that holds summer camps for children with cancer and their families.
Whether you’re in Ketchum to ski, attend the summer symphony or just enjoy the views, you can always count on being taken care of one of the friendly faces at the AmeriTitle office.
