    Recording how you connected with someone is important so you can evaluate your next steps.
  • GET INVOLVED
    Be active in the community through charity events or causes, teach real estate classes or join a committee.
  • KEEP YOUR BUSINESS CARDS HANDY
    You never know who you’ll meet and whose hands your card will end up in.
  • EXPERIMENT WITH FORMATS
    Do you get excited when you receive an invitation or food? Attach communications to a bag of cookies or make them look like personal invitations.
  • WORK YOUR SPHERE
    Have coffee or lunch with top clients, provide a great service experience and provide something of value that your clients will enjoy.
